It’s important to exercise, and, although it can be difficult at times to motivate ourselves to work out, there are so many reasons to get moving.


Here are some interesting facts about exercising which show how true this is, and which will hopefully get you up and at it!


Music helps with workout performance

Get that music turned on while exercising! Listening to music while doing exercise is said to improve workout performance by as much as 15%!


Improve brain performance

The creation of new brain cells is encouraged with cardiovascular exercise, which improves brainpower and brain activity.


Keep that memory sharp

When we exercise it increases the production of the cells that are responsible for memory and learning.


Prevent signs of ageing

With regular exercise you can help prevent the signs of ageing.


Boost your immune system

Exercise regularly and you will give your immune system a boost, which in turn means you will get sick less often than if you didn’t exercise.

The number of endorphins that are released into your body goes up when you exercise and this is linked to increased productivity. So exercise will help you achieve more in life.
