I trained with Jack at home for 10 months and lost 6 stone. Fantastic trainer, very personal, keeps mixing work outs up to keep them interesting, pushes you to go the extra.

Only negative is he can't count when he says to do 10 reps, and he's always 2 or 3 behind your count, lol.

Would highly recommend, will be staying for the foreseeable future.

"Nothing but praise for John, Jack and the coaching Club team. They were incredibly supportive and friendly as I restarted my fitness journey and aimed to lose weight for my rescheduled wedding.
